We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All our products come with a 30 day no-risk, in-home trial policy.  If you decide you do not want to keep the product, send it back within 30 days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, exclusive of shipping costs. Please see the formal AudioPhilleo return policy below for instructions.

Of course we expect that you'll be completely delighted with your Audiophilleo product, and don't hesitate to e-mail support@audiophilleo.com if you have any questions or problems.

All we ask is that you keep the product in mint condition and that you help us improve our products by describing the reason for your return.  Products that were damaged or tampered with may not be accepted for refund.

All our products also come with a one year parts and labor limited warranty.  Note that opening the chassis voids the warranty.

AudioPhilleo, LLC 30 day in-home evaluation policy

The terms and conditions stated in this document apply to all products purchased directly through www.audiophilleo.com.

1. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and request a return materials authorization (RMA) number. No returned products can be accepted by AudioPhilleo, LLC, without an RMA.

2. If you upgrade your previously purchased Audiophilleo1/2 to PurePower, then this upgrade is not returnable since it requires modification of your existing Audiophilleo1 or 2 which cannot be undone. Rest assured that you will not regret the upgrade. Most users are ecstatic about the upgrade and you will be as well.

3. E-mail us at support@audiophilleo.com. You will receive a return authorization e-mail, which will include the RMA and any additional instructions regarding the return the product.

4. The products must be sent to AudioPhilleo at the customer’s expense and risk. We suggest that the shipment be sent insured for the full purchase cost, with delivery confirmation. In the event of any damage or loss in shipment, the customer is responsible for making an appropriate claim to the carrier.

5. Ship the items to the shipping address on our support page.

6. Any returned products must be received in new, undamaged and saleable condition, and include all accessories (cables, adapters, power supplies, etc.) and packaging.

7. AudioPhilleo, LLC, will examine and test any returned products, and at its sole discretion, determine if the conditions described in (5) have been met. If the product has been damaged, or parts are missing, an appropriate and reasonable deduction from the amount refunded  will be made. We will inform you by e-mail as to any such deduction and the reasons for it.

8. For products that meet the return criteria, AudioPhilleo, LLC will promptly refund the original purchase price, exclusive of any shipping costs, and issue a credit to the customer’s original credit/debit card or PayPal account.
